Execute Weekly Top 6. This is the rhythm that brilliantly and rigorously drives your PLAN execution. Each week determine the six most important things each leader must accomplish for the week, ranked in order of importance and mapped to your company or team objectives. This productivity method has been a key model since 1918 when Bethlehem Steel Corporation CEO hired Ivy Lee to help them increase productivity.

1. Add the six most important things you need to accomplish for the week, mapped to a core group-wide objective.
2. Prioritize those six items in order of their true importance.
3. At end of each week score your Top 6 - add a % score for what was completed [Green = 80%+, Yellow = 60-79%, Red = Below 59]
