Alignment OKR Plan

Use Template
The Alignment Plan combines Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values with quarterly OKRs. It's anchored in a strong foundation built on purpose and values, and pushed forward by vision and mission. The objectives and key results are rooted in quarterly urgency and provide clarity on what you and your team are working on next to achieve the long-term vision.

RHYTHM - Every team member performs the following each quarter.
1. Each team member clicks above "use template" and sets visibility to "Team Edit"
2. Each team member completes all 4 aspects of the STRATEGY section, each project set to "Team Edit"
3. Team leader meets with each team member and reviews SWOT conclusion and Retrospective action items
4. Each team member posts their OKRs to their Alignment OKR plan
5. Team members give and record a "How to achieve presentation" laying out how they plan to achieve OKRs

Review previous and next quarter highest level Alignment OKR plan during the next all-hands meeting

  • Detail how you plan to achieve your Key Results. This is not a status update on the previous quarters OKRs but a meeting to detail how you plan to achieve your proposed OKRs for the upcoming quarter.
  • 25 minute meeting with your team leader, everyone else on team optional - 1 week before the new quarter begins.
